1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 898pkr ("the platform", "we", "us") and any user ("you") who accesses or uses the services available at 898pkr.app. This includes the website, the mobile application, all gaming products, payment services and promotional features offered on the platform.

Your use of 898pkr — whether you are browsing as a visitor, registering as a new user or placing bets as an existing account holder — constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be suspended and any bonuses or winnings generated through the duplicate account will be voided.

When registering, you agree to provide a valid email address, accurate personal details and a secure password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. 898pkr will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Account verification — which may include submission of a valid CNIC copy, proof of address or payment method confirmation — is required before any withdrawal can be processed. 898pkr may request additional verification at its discretion, including enhanced due diligence for high-volume accounts.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits on 898pkr are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The platform supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit cards, credit cards and select mobile wallets. No foreign currency transactions are accepted on the platform.

Deposits are credited to your 898pkr account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by your payment provider. For JazzCash and Easypaisa, this typically happens within a few minutes. Bank Transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing time.

• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted from the cashier section of your 898pkr account. All withdrawals are paid in PKR to the same method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. Withdrawals are processed as promptly as practical — most requests are handled within the same business day, though processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

• Account verification must be complete before any withdrawal is approved. This includes CNIC verification and, where applicable, payment method confirmation.

Each promotion has its own specific terms governing eligibility, minimum deposit, wagering requirements and expiry date.

The following general bonus rules apply across all 898pkr promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual offer terms:

• Bonuses are available to verified account holders who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the offer details.
• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before bonus-derived funds can be converted to withdrawable PKR cash. The wagering multiplier and qualifying game contributions are stated on each offer page.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are met, unless the user explicitly opts to forfeit the bonus first.

7. Betting Rules

Sports betting on 898pkr covers cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series — football, esports and other markets as listed in the sportsbook. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the platform:

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked and cannot be changed.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market. These are shown in the bet slip before confirmation.
• In-play bets are subject to the odds and market availability at the moment the bet is submitted. Bets submitted during a server delay may be accepted at different odds or rejected if the market has closed.
• 898pkr reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where there is evidence of match manipulation, incorrect odds, data feed errors or other exceptional circumstances.
• For abandoned or cancelled cricket or football matches, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport and market type. Where a match is not completed within a defined period, bets may be void and stakes returned.
• Accumulator and parlay bets are permitted. If one selection within an accumulator is void, the bet is recalculated with the remaining selections.
• Cash-out options, where available, are governed by the real-time value calculated by the platform at the moment the cash-out is requested.

8. Live Casino Rules

The 898pkr Live Casino section features Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack and other table games hosted by professional live dealers. The following rules apply to all live casino play:

• All live casino games use certified, independently audited dealing procedures and random card shuffling. The outcomes are not influenced by the platform in any way beyond the standard house edge that applies to each game variant.
• In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino round, the game outcome will be determined by the dealer's next action or the result at the time of disconnection according to the specific game rules. 898pkr is not responsible for disconnections caused by your internet connection or device.

9. User Conduct

All 898pkr users are expected to use the platform fairly, honestly and in compliance with these Terms. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technological means to interact with the platform, place bets or gain an unfair advantage.

Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance, depending on the severity of the breach.

10. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your 898pkr account. This includes choosing a strong password, not sharing your credentials with any other person, and logging out of your account on shared or public devices. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 898pkr support immediately.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

898pkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading or unverifiable identity information.
• Detected or suspected bonus abuse, collusion, fraud or money laundering activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Request from the account holder for self-exclusion or voluntary closure.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to the account holder via their registered PKR payment method. If an account is closed due to a breach, 898pkr reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation.

You may close your account at any time by contacting the 898pkr support team. Account closure requests are processed within 2 business days. Any eligible balance will be returned after standard verification checks.

12. Limitation of Liability

898pkr provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability and accurate functionality, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors or technical faults at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted, 898pkr shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, winnings, revenue or data arising from platform downtime, technical errors or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses caused by your failure to secure your account login credentials.
• Indirect, consequential or incidental damages of any kind connected to your use of the 898pkr platform.
• Losses arising from incorrect information provided by you during registration or verification.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

13. Privacy & Data

14. Responsible Gaming
